About this Financial Services Guide
This Financial Services Guide (‘FSG’) version 1 is dated January 2015
This FSG is provided by Tuxedo Money Solutions PTY LTD, Australia ACN 166 665 050 (‘Tuxedo’). The purpose
of this FSG is to assist you in deciding whether or not to use any of the financial services offered in this FSG,
and how Tuxedo provides financial services, including:

What other documents should you receive?
You should also receive a Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) when Tuxedo offers to issue, or arranges for
the issue of, a financial product to you. These documents contain information that should help you decide
whether to acquire the financial product to which it relates. A PDS sets out the key features, significant
benefits, risks, fees and charges associated with the financial product.

Who is Tuxedo’s authorising licensee?
Tuxedo is an authorised representative of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (‘The Issuer’), ABN 11 068 049
178, Australian Credit Licence 237879. The Issuer is an authorised deposit-taking institution and the holder of
Australian Financial Services Licence no. 237879.

What financial services are Tuxedo authorised to provide?
Tuxedo is authorised by The Issuer to provide, on behalf of The Issuer, financial services in relation to the
following non-cash payment facility (Authorised Product):

Tuxedo is authorised to:
arrange for the issue, sale, variation and disposal of the Authorised Product;
arrange for you to acquire or apply for the Authorised Product, and
only provide general advice about the Authorised Product in marketing materials.
Tuxedo is not authorised to give product or personal advice. This means any commentary, statements of
opinion, and recommendations by Tuxedo in relation to the Authorised Product contain only general advice.
Such statements of opinion and recommendations have been prepared without taking into account your
personal objectives, financial situation or needs.
Tuxedo is acting on behalf of The Issuer. The Issuer is therefore responsible for the financial services described
in this FSG. The Issuer has professional indemnity insurance cover and other internal arrangements in place in
respect of financial services provided to retail clients. These arrangements comply with the requirements of
Section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001.
6.
How is Tuxedo paid for providing the financial services?
Tuxedo receives remuneration and benefits in respect of, or attributable to the financial services that Tuxedo
is authorised to provide. The remuneration and benefits will be payable if Tuxedo arranges for The Issuer to
issue, sell, or vary an Authorised Product to you, or arranges for you to acquire or apply for an Authorised
Product.
Tuxedo receives fees paid by you for using the product as outlined in the PDS.
the fees and charges, as listed in the PDS for each Authorised Product, are deducted from the
available balances of the Authorised Product; and
any unused fund balances remaining on any Authorised Product after the card for the product has
expired or been cancelled or revoked in accordance with the Conditions of Use of the Authorised
Product.
Tuxedo may receive other benefits with regard to the product. These benefits may take various forms such as:
interest earned on balances held
margin in the foreign exchange rate included in foreign exchange transactions. These margins may
vary each day.
7.
How is The Issuer paid?
The Issuer receives no additional fees directly from you (as per section 6 above). The Issuer charges Tuxedo
under a separate commercial arrangement for the services it provides.
8.
What should you do if you have a complaint?
The Issuer has a dispute resolution system that covers complaints by persons to whom Tuxedo provide
services as an authorised representative of The Issuer. You can access that dispute resolution system by
emailing Tuxedo via the enquiry facility on the website at www.statravel.com.au/cashflex-isic. If the issue
cannot be resolved, you can contact The Issuer as per the contact details set out earlier in this FSG.
If The Issuer cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the option of referring the matter to
the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Their contact details are as follows:

Please note that the FOS will refer your complaint if it has not first been investigated by The Issuer.
9. Is your Privacy Protected?
The information you submit to us is confidential. We use your personal information to provide you with
financial products and services and to perform out regular and necessary business functions. We may disclose
your personal information to organisations that carry out functions on our behalf (i.e. STA Travel) and to other
third parties where the product service requires this. We do not sell your personal information to outside

The distribution of this FSG by Tuxedo has been authorised by The Issuer.
