The Teacher Evaluation Process is a direct product of the NC Professional Teaching
Standards designed to prepare our students for working and living in a 21st century world.
FIVE standards same for all teachers regardless of experience that include assessment of: teacher leadership, class environment, and teacher reflections of practices.
