University Honors Program (UHP) Proposed Quarter: Year: Honors Contract Proposal Guidelines Your Honors Contract Proposal identifies an independent project that you will pursue under faculty mentorship that relates to an upper division course previously or currently enrolled; lower division work must be pre-approved by your UHP advisor and attached to a UHP course or class limited to thirty students. Honors contract work is not an extension of any course assignment. Steps: Type and complete the contract proposal in consultation with your faculty mentor. Email the signed document to UHPproposals@ucdavis.edu by the last day of instruction proceeding your project term. Approved contracts will be issued a Course Reference Number (CRN) for registration prior to the start of the new quarter. Enroll in the authorized course no later than the fifth term day.
