Romeo and Juliet Sketchbook

Period 5
Act 1, Scene 1
• There are at least 11 people in
this scene. They are Lord
Montague,lady Montague,
Romeo, Benvolio, Abram,
Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet,
Tybalt, Sampson, Gregory and
Prince Escalus.
• This scene takes place early in
the morning in public square
in Verona.Capulet’s and the
Montague’s fight and the
Prince of Verona break’s up
the fight by wronging to kill
them for fighting. The scene
end with Romeo talking to
Benvolio.
Scene 2
• This scene takes place on a
street near Capulet’s home in
the afternoon. Lord Capulet,
Paris, a servant, Romeo, and
Benvolio are in this scene.
• Capulet send out a servant to
invited people to the party that
he is having. Since the servant
can’t read the list he end up
finding Romeo and Benvolio
and asked them to read the list
for him. Them he also invites
them to the party.
Scene 3
• Lady Capulet, the Nurse, Juliet
and servant men are in this
scene. It takes place in a room
in Capulet’s house in the
evening before the party.
• The Nurse talks about Juliet
when she was young. Lady
Capulet talks about her
marrying Paris with the Nurse.
• The scene ends with them
getting ready for the party.
Scene 4
• Romeo, Benvolio, and Mercutio
are in this scene. It takes place
at night on a street in Verona.
• Romeo and Benvolio are going
to Capulet’s party.They are
wearing mask’s.
• Mercutio tries to make Romeo
happy. Only because they are
going to a party.
Scene 5
• Anthony, Capulet, Romeo,
Tybalt, Juliet, The Nurse,
Benvolio, 1st serving man, 2nd
serving man, Potpan, and 2nd
Capulet are in this scene.
• Takes place in a hall in the
Capulet’s house right after the
last scene.
• Tybalt notice that Romeo is at
the party he tells his uncle and
he was told to leave him alone.
Romeo talks to Juliet and kisses
her they fall in love this night.
Act 2
Scene 1
• The same night outside the wall
that surrounds Capulet’s
orchard. Romeo, Benvolio, and
Mercutio are this scene.
• Mercutio talks about Romeo
being in love and is making fun
of him for. Romeo is hiding
away from them and listens to
what they are saying.
Scene 2
• Romeo and Juliet is the
only ones in this scene.
Right after the last scene.
• Romeo and Juliet fall in
love with each other.
• They make arrangements
to send a message to each
the next day.
Scene 3
• Romeo and the Friar are the
only ones in this scene.
• It takes place the next morning
in the Friar’s cell and outside
the garden.Romeo asks the Fair
to marry him and Juliet.
• The Friar only says yes in hope
of there marriage would end the
family feud with the Capulet’s
and the Montague’s.
Scene 4
• At 9 o’clock in the morning the
time when Juliet sends a
messenger to Romeo in a street
in Verona.
• Benvolio, Romeo,Mercutio, the
Nurse, and peter are in this
scene.
• Mercutio makes fun of The
Nurse. The Nurse gives the note
to Romeo and he tells her to
meet him there to marry him.
Scene 5
• Juliet and the Nurse is in this
scene. It is in the afternoon in
the Capulet’s orchard.
• Juliet is waiting for the Nurse to
return with the message from
Romeo.
• Juliet finds out what time
Romeo wants her to meet him
in the Friar’s cell and she leaves
to get ready for her wedding.
Scene 6
• Juliet, Romeo, and the
Friar are in this scene.
• There wedding takes
place in the afternoon
in the Friar’s cell.
• Romeo and Juliet get
married.
Act 3
Scene 1
• Benvolio, Mercutio, Tybalt,
Romeo, Citizens, Prince, Lord
& Lady Capulet, and Lord &
Lady Montague are in this
scene.
• Takes place in the afternoon on
a street in Verona. Tybalt and
Mercutio fight Romeo try to
stop it but Tybalt kills Mercutio.
• Then Romeo & Tybalt fight and
Romeo kills Tybalt.
Scene 2
• Juliet and the Nurse are in
this scene which takes
place in the Capulet’s
orchard in the afternoon.
• Juliet finds out that Tybalt
is dead and Romeo was
the one who killed him.
• She stands by Romeo even
though he killed Tybalt.
Scene 3
• Romeo, Friar, and the
Nurse is in this scene. It
takes place in Friar’s cell
in the evening.
• Romeo finds out that he is
to be banished from
Verona. But he wants to be
killed instead.
Act 4
Scene 1
• Paris, Friar, and Juliet
are in this scene which
takes place in the
Friars cell.
• Friar comes up with a
plan that would make
Juliet look like she is
dead. So that she don’t
have to marry Paris.
Scene 2
• Lord & lady Capulet,
Nurse, Severing man, And
Juliet are in this scene.
Which takes places in the
Capulet’s home.
• Juliet asked her father to
change the date of the
wedding and asks the
Nurse to help her with
picking out an outfit for
the wedding .
Scene 3
• Juliet, the Nurse, and lady
Capulet are in this scene.
The night before the
wedding in Juliet’s room.
• Juliet kicks everyone out
of her room and worry
about the potion and bad
things that might happen .
• She takes the potion and
falls on the bed in deep
sleep.
Scene 4
• During the night in the
Capulet’s house. Lord &
Lady Capulet, Nurse, 1st &
2nd fellow is in this scene.
• Everyone is getting ready
for the wedding. Lord
Capulet is very excited for
the wedding .
Scene 5
• Nurse, lady & lord
Capulet, Friar, Paris,1st &
2nd musician,and Peter are
in this scene.
• The Nurse founds Juliet
nearly dead in her bed.
Everyone is sad. The
servant's are the last ones
to leave her room.
