Graph your Heart rate and RPE data in one line graph. You may use the graph below to graph your data by
hand or you may make your own. Your graph must show the following:
a. Heart rate after each exercise (with connecting line)
b. RPE after each exercise (with connecting line)
c. A key signifying the heart rate line and the RPE line
*In order to graph your RPE you must add a “0” to each RPE score. For example “15” becomes “150”.
