meeting and the writer decided to rework it. It will be officially
reviewed in next committee meeting.

• DDA TF (Newly formed)
– Leader: Hyungsu Kim (Samsung SDS)
– Charter:
• To manage and research the equipment data acquisition (EDA) interface standard
suite and related standards, e.g., E139, E157.
• To develop new SEMI standards regarding to data infrastructure if needed.
• To collaborate with task forces in other regions with EDA and Data Infrastructure.
– Scope:
• The primary focus of the DDA Task Force is to collaborate with task forces in
other regions with EDA and Data Infrastructure.
• The DDA Task Force is also responsible for researching the advanced data
infrastructure.
• Teleconferences will be held as necessary and face-to-face meetings will be held.
