Budget Information: The International Marketing and Distribution (TIMAD) Company has
allocated $500,000 for this project.

Project Objectives: Develop an online video game rental site to reach an untapped portion of
the video gaming market by offering only educational and sport-related games to an international
community to include preschools and elementary schools.
Approach:
 Develop a basis for what the website is expected to look like and a list of features.
 Discuss as a team with ABC Corporation the expectations of what features the website
should have.
 Analyze ABC Corporation’s Web-based application and make a list of what expectations
the application does not meet and how to meet them.
 Research with Edsys on the types of gaming systems that are most commonly found in
preschool and elementary school systems.
 Determine a way to measure the value of the website in terms of costs and benefits, both
during the project and two years after project completion.
