Helpful Suggestions to make your Bounce House Party experience run as smooth as possible!! 1. We highly recommend thoroughly reading through this informational packet as you will find many important details crucial to the amazing party experience that awaits you! Located in this packet are details for each of our FOUR fabulous packages, information on our cancellation & rescheduling policy, and other details. 2. We’re partnered with select local pizza companies to receive great discounts! Pizza orders are placed when you arrive for your event and must be placed within 5-10 minutes from the start time of your party. 3. We have also partnered with the Pita Pit on Marshall Street in Syracuse to provide special pricing on their delicious pitas, pita platters and boxed lunches for you and your guests. Pita orders need to be placed one day in advance and will be delivered at the start of your party. Please see attached menu for all of their “fresh thinking, healthy eating” choices. 4. Please do not forget to bring cash for both the food delivery person AND a tip for your party hosts! 5. You do have the option of dropping items off ahead of time! A L2B attendant can advise you of a good time to drop off any paper products, drinks, or food items before your party. We do provide all paper products in a gender neutral party theme. You only have to provide plates, cups, napkins, etc if you’d like a certain theme. We offer a full fridge and freezer to store any drinks or frozen food items. 6. Cupcakes can be easier to handle and serve. This option is a good one to consider. 7. During warmer weather when flip flops and sandals are the footwear of choice, head to a Dollar Store and stock up on extra socks for adults and children. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our "No Shoes or Bare Feet” policy. If guests arrive with no socks, they will have the option of buying socks at $2.00/pair or you may open a tab for socks. 8. After bounce time & bubble time, you and your guests will be escorted to our separate party room to enjoy your food, cake and/or presents! You can find a Timeframe breakdown for parties on Page 4! 9. Please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled event! 1 All of our Party Packages include the following: The entire zone closed to the public for the duration of your party. 1 hour and 15 minutes of bounce time (which also includes bubble time!) followed by 45 minutes for food, cake and goodbyes! We do recommend opening gifts when you return home since this can be a time consuming process and takes away from time the children have to bounce. A L2B Attendant will be on hand to assist you in organizing your gifts as well as cutting your cake and/or pizza. Help is required from the party hosts in serving their food. We can also supply the appropriate amount of paper products (cups, plates, napkins, flatware) if you need them. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your own products to decorate for a certain theme. In this case, we recommend that you drop your items off in advance and we can set them up for you. Bounce & Munch SUPREME $439 plus tax (due upon booking) This package includes everything listed at the top of page 2 and is for up to 20 children. PLUS you’ll also receive: FOUR DELICIOUS LARGE CHEESE PIZZAS (8, 12 or 16 slices each)!! ** Bottled water or juice box for each child! Fresh cotton candy OR popcorn, and a balloon for each child to take home! Each additional child is $10.00. Ο 4. Sand Art Bash $479 plus tax (due upon booking) This package includes everything listed at the top of page 2 and is for up to 20 children. PLUS you’ll also receive: FOUR DELICIOUS LARGE CHEESE PIZZAS (8, 12 or 16 slices each)!! ** Bottled water, juice box or slushy for each child! Each child will take home a bag of popcorn, 6” pucker powder stick and a balloon, in addition to their Sand Art Creation! L2B attendants will gather the Birthday Child and his/her guests four at a time and assist them in creating their own unique Sand Art Creation in a bottle style of their choosing!! This awesome craft combined with the pucker powder and balloon can certainly eliminate the need for goodie bags. This party package is best suited for children ages 5-11. Each additional child is $12.00. **You may substitute a pita platter in our Supreme or Sand Art Party Packages for only $15 more!** Extended Time Option!!!! If your party is the last one booked for the day, you can add an extra 30 minutes of bounce time for all the children for only $50!! A one week notice is required if you choose this option and the fee for the extended time is due at the time you request this add on. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee: We implement a strict NO REFUND policy for all party bookings. This is due to high demand for slots and the time and effort put into each party from the time of booking. Any party that reschedules their event date after the initial reservation will be subject to a fee of $75 to reschedule. A one week notice is required if you need to reschedule. No party will be rescheduled if there is less than a week left before the event! Returned Check Policy and Fees: While credit and/or cash is the preferred method of payment, we do accept checks. There will be a fee of $35 for any check returned to us due to insufficient funds. If your check is returned, only cash or credit/debit card will be acceptable forms of payment. You will have 2 days to resubmit payment or your slot will be forfeited and an add’l $75 fee due. 3 Timeframe breakdown for ALL Bouncing Party Packages **All party packages are run on a precise schedule to ensure party hosts, their guests, and L2B employees are not subjected to undue stress. Please help us to help you adhere to this schedule to guarantee a smoother party experience!** 1 hr 15 minutes for the children to bounce in the zone If you opt to open presents during your party as well as have pizza and cake, there will only be 50 minutes of bounce time. If you choose to just do cake/cupcakes without pizza, then the time will remain 1 hr 15 minutes. 45 minutes in our Private Party Room We will escort your guests to our separate party room to enjoy your pizza, cake and/or presents! You will have an attendant on hand for the duration of your party to assist you with everything! We respectfully request that you please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your scheduled event. If there are party items (i.e. Food, drinks, and supplies) that need to be dropped off prior to the event, please notify us and we can work with you to make arrangements to accommodate your needs.
