Cisco switches and preform troubleshooting on all network devices when necessary. Manage centralized AV and network monitoring
system. Conduct vulnerability and compliance assessments for various healthcare and financial institutions and analyze/draft reports.
Implement security policies and controls across all clients. Resolve all L3 issues escalated from our NOC.
