OAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing Level-III assistance to customers and other engineers for Core networks department
pertaining to issues related to advance level configurations and maintenance.
ON-GOING PROJECTS:



PTCL – Level III Maintenance Project: Comprises of Level III maintenance for all NGN
and STP nodes.
PAF– Level III Maintenance Project: Comprises of Level III maintenance for MSAG
(NGN Access layer equipment) including Sun Server
40K MSAG project: complete commisioning and maintenance of MSAG (NGN Access
layer equipment)
MAJOR WORK DONE:


NGN Engineer -- responsible for all system maintenance and resolving customer queries
Responsible for NGN C4 and C5 network maintenance and technical support, resolve
customer queries, design proposals for network optimization, implementation of add on
services




Hands on working experience of Router and switches that includes core routers and access
switches
Hands on working knowledge of H.248, SIGTRAN,SIP, SS7, ISUP, SCTP, RTP/RTCP,
