How to describe people?


In English there are words that describe people’s character, and others to describe their physical
appearance.
These words are called Adjectives and they modify the nouns in a different way than we do it in
Spanish. In English, adjectives come BEFORE the noun they modify.
Example:

The old man was walking very fast.
In this case, the adjective tall modifies the
word man.

Our big family always celebrates
birthdays on a Sunday.
In this case, the adjective big modifies the
word family.
