 Assisted homeless veterans obtain and maximize local services on a vet-to-vet basis under the supervision
of licensed social workers.
 Explore basic personality structures of people in crisis, the mechanisms and symptoms of the specific
adjustment problem and its underlying causes and referred the individual to the needed services.
 Contacted and established relationships with local community resources such as Families in Transition,
Helping Hands, and Harbor Homes.
 Initiated a furniture recycling program, and accompanied inventory and storage protocols, which helped
veterans furnish newly obtained housing under the Manchester HUD-VASH program.
