Organizational Experience
Presently working with PVR Ltd. (Cinemax) as Business Head /CGM at Faridabad Crown Plaza. PVR
Ltd (Cinemax) is the leading Multiplex chain in India. (Feb 2012 Till Date). The last successful property
opened and handled was PVR Dehradun.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Overall responsible to make healthy business from 5 screen Multiplex. Achieve the top line targets and
control bottom-line. Brainstorm new ideas and increase revenues by ad sales and bulk bookings alongside
maintain the brand image.
 Coach, Support and Train 70 employees to perform the business transactions, such functions as team work,
concession, box office and telesales operation. Additionally handle hiring, employee orientation, on the job
performance, coaching and disciplinary action if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.

Worked as Unit Head for Cinepolis Mangalore (5 screen multiplex). Cinepolis is the world’s 4th
largest multiplex chain with its origin from Mexico. In India it is the first International multiplex
chain. (May-2011- Dec 2011)
Worked as Department Manager Operations for Easyday Market (Bharti Walmart). A 38000 sq. Ft
of Retail Store at Jalandhar. Easyday is a joint venture brand of Bharti and Walmart group. (Dec2008-May 2011).
Duties & Responsibilities












Implements and enforces all company policies/ Statutory requirements and ensures that all associates do the
same as well
Manage inventory, shrinkage etc. and ensures that shrinkages issues are appropriately addressed
Manage all reports, documentation etc. as required by the store / organization/ government.
Receive daily DSD and DC delivery. Offload the same and stock in backrooms following FIFO.
Manage all five backrooms with P.I. accuracy and maintain zoning and cleaning.
Ensure all sections are replenished daily from respective backroom. Make sure daily pickup list and Auto
pick is done from backroom.
Make necessary system adjustments to deal with low, out-of-stock and over stocked merchandise.
Ensure BAM exception are finished daily from Backroom, such as price change, auto pick, P.I. adjustments
etc.
Directs TLs in adjusting inventory, changing displays and repositioning merchandise to improve sales.
Ensure proper GRN and PRN are prepared. Maintain and measure all reports in back office.
Ensure quick transaction time at all cash tills and customer service standards are followed.
Respond to customer complaints, listen to issues, and manage resolution.


Identify merchandise to be moved to the sales floor to ensure proper levels of in-stock and to make room for
newly arriving merchandise.
Ensure quality and freshness of merchandise.
Evaluates the sales and profit performance of products to develop and implement appropriate action plans to

Inox Leisure Ltd. is diversification venture of the INOX group into entertainment and is a subsidiary of
Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. Inox Crystal Palm is the regional property of Jaipur (A three screen
multiplex with 846 seats). It has an annual average occupancy of 38% and R.P.P. of 30 rs.
Worked as Shift Manager and Trainer with Pizza Hut. (July 2003- Aug 2007)
Pizza Hut lastly designated as Trainer. Started working as team member, I have worked as Management
trainee from April 2005 to Feb 2006 and got promoted as Shift Manager in Feb 2006. I have successfully
supervised Dehradun store as Shift manager till June 2006 and moved into training department as Trainer.
Supervising and managing the Store Operation Training for Rajasthan, Agra and Mathura region with Five
(Restaurant based Delivery) stores, having a capacity of 150 team members. Altogether I have three years of
experience in Store operations and one and half year of experience as Trainer with Pizza Hut brand.
