3. Control Asset and make the budget per yearth and control per moth .
4. Manage data administrasi as monitoring stocks, target production, monitoring the quality controll,
manpower and cost production, Inventory Control and report the General Manager.
5. Analisys and Review Quality Product, Quality Management System and Treasback the trouble shooting
and Control Shedule SSOP.
6. Make the Production Planning / Inventory, Quality Control Planning , Check and Reviev day perday,
Week per week
and report to General Manager
7. Manage Fifo / Fefo standart and SOP and ISO standar must be run
8. Calculate when warehouse full capacity and give report to PPIC manager
9. Monitoring Dead stock and fast moving stock and value warehouse stock
10. Check the Minimum Stock, and report to Plant manager, PPIC manager and Marketing.
11. Make the Inventory Schedule and every month
12. Monitoring distribution schedule and Logistics Activities.
13. Make action plant, Corection action about trouble shooting and make alternatif plannin, Control Stock
and make to Schedule Export.
14. Make the Net work Planning and Alternatif Planning If Warehouse full capacity.
15. Handling loading and unloading – Export / Import product.
16. Report to Plant Manager and General manager about achievement the target per month, Explain how
to srategy to get
the target
17. To make the Plant set up include Material Planning, Calculate Machine Capacity and invite the supplier
to supply the
factory.
18. Control Request Spesification and Negotiation with supplier
19. Recruitment Manpower and Give trainning about Shrimp / Fish Production and Cold Storage /
Warehouse
20. Controll DO and Warehouse / Cold Storage activities
21. Controll trucking 80 truck / Maintenance / Cost Delivery
