Course: Healthcare entrepreneurial education is a recent introduction in management education.
The common perception of faculty and staff is that healthcare management students have very
limited and sparse knowledge of entrepreneurship in healthcare. To fill this gap IBA has given
the opportunity through a scholarship with the help of Sindh Board of Investment to provide
comprehensive training to work in the field to better understand, to grasp and to tap the

opportunity for healthcare business innovation. I was sensitizing with different Healthcare
related projects like pharmacy, daycare, career counseling human resource in hospital etc.

Karachi Medical and Dental College. (KMDC); An Affiliation of Karachi University.
Course: A state of art and the only semi-government, sector college of the locality to provide complete
basic knowledge of medicine, including sound grasp on history taking, patient examination,
pharmacology, toxicology, substance abuse, epidemiology, diagnosis making skills. The course also
provided the sound knowledge on clinical skills in medicine, laboratory investigations, surgery and allied
disciplines.

This course is a capacity development program in Clinical Trials and protocol writing. I have learnt data

GCP-ICH. I found Clinical Research Certified Professional (CRCP) course a comprehensive guide for the
basic principles of ICH GCP, research methods and Biostatistics. Clear all the misconception regarding
the field of research, its trend in Pakistan and worldwide.

A Healthcare NGO providing quality education and healthcare services in the locality at the doorstep.
Major responsibility is to lead the small team in different medical services e.g., EMS, flood relief
campaigns etc. Also acted as clinical coordinator at the station level. My core focus was always to
provide the evidence base and complete information to the patient and also to the relatives regarding the
medical condition and situation. I usually emphasize on informed consent and prompt counseling. It
enhances the satisfaction level of the patient and family.

ethics curriculum, to organize field visits, to supervise the undergraduate research studies, to conduct
posters on different public health, research and bioethics related occasions, to make MCQs for future
assessments at the know how level, to conduct house hold surveys and result compilations etc.
