Web & Intranet Manager
The role is to monitor, update and continuously develop the website in
Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Continuous identify and implement
innovative and creative enhancements to maximize the visitor's time on
the sites which for example can be followed up in the
conversion/download rate. The goal is to get online leads from prospects,
more sales from existing customers but also get spontaneous job
applications. I´m also responsible for the structure and content of the
Websites. This includes integrating online communication with the overall
communication, integrating offline campaigns in online manner.
I´m responsible that all websites reflects the IFS brand image consistent
with the overall communication strategy, both in terms of content as
graphically and include trends in the company's ongoing development
dialogue about the digital strategy.
Important in my work is also the presence in social media to coordinate
different needs for our target industries and HR.
Ongoing work with SEM and SEO.
Focus for the external website is marketing automation and make the
site we have today more “modern” but with a goal to generate leads and
make sure that we understand the customer journey.
The role as a community- and project manager means that I am
responsible for the Intranet on a global level but also responsibility for
Scandinavia. Focus 2015 is about switching platform to provide the best
possible conditions for the company to communicate between regions so
that employees can share experiences and see what happens from the
Leadership team to a small project within a region. This will affect
everyone and change how they will work in the.
At the same time, I´m working with the Partner channel where we also
will change the platform from Frontpage to SharePoint 2013. Most of the
information will come from Intranet so these two projects go hand in
hand.
For our websites I am responsible to make sure the business
requirements are well taken care off and here I´m heavily involved in
both writing and testing requirement.
For CMS I mainly work with SiteCore, Frontpage (current Intranet
Platform) and SharePoint 2013.

Web Strategy Manager for Xylem
As a web strategy manager I am working strategically to write policies,
guidelines but also operating in the online system we have. I’m working
with guidelines and policies for Social Media. This has got a higher priority
for our Company to make sure we use the tool according to our Company’s
policy but most important to make sure we can communicate effective with
our customers.
Recently we changed platform for our Global Intranet to SharePoint 2010.
I was one of the two project leaders and my focus was to get a structure
working for the whole company with different cultures and to lead the
migration team. To succeed we needed to locate all information split in our
global company and migrate it to the new platform but also important for
us to meet the requirements from our sales companies for the usability,
design and functionality.
I coordinate all web projects to see we follow the guidelines and technical
requirements we have and have a lot of communications with our sales
companies to see if we can share the projects to be more cost-effective.

Production Head of Vattenfall intranet for Scandinavia
I coordinate the all of the cases that not was included in the daily
management. I investigate what the mission meant, scope, estimate
costs, resources and dialogue with the client and any subcontractors.
For development projects, I was the contact person that checked the
investigations and feasibility studies. I also have contact with technology
providers to explore opportunities, costs, resources and coordination.
For the mission where no project manager was appointed, I was the
contact for the customer and administrative billing.

I coordinated the news flow and all the campaigns that needed to be
published for the customer in time. It could be new prices etc. Ensure

This intranet, Insite, was built in the CMS, Content Builder, for Vattenfall
in Denmark.
My responsibility was to lead the migration to the new platform, make

Developed a new Intranet in Denmark
The work to develop a new intranet for our Danish colleagues, I was sub-project
leader, i.e. the project manager for the editorial part.
My responsibility was also to, in cooperation with project manager support, a
information architecture designed to support the Danes' needs and wishes.
In this project I was responsible for the training of communications officers in
Denmark and a few editors in how to edit and work with the CMS tool.

My responsibility was to set up a new structure for the website and place of existing
content but also newly identified. The project aimed to make the Web more
accessible, find the "right" information easily. The aim was also to bring the
production in Denmark, how much wind power is, where all the wind farms there,
and more.
