Focused Fitness (WELNET) Login to Focused Fitness (Welnet) by going to HPMS PE and Health Department Website and finding the link on the left side that is titled Wellness/Fanatic Fitness Scores (Check your Fitness Scores). Use the directions on the website to login. a. Click on FITNESS on the left side b. At the bottom of the page, look at your scores from previous years. c. At the top, look at the row that is the minimum score for Wellness for each test. d. Look at the 2nd row (PRE) which is your fall scores. Compare them to the top row Wellness scores. e. Leave row for Goal 1 blank for now. Then set the 2nd row of goals to be your long term goals (what you want your spring scores to be). All goals should be at least minimum for Welness based on your age as of These goals should be very hard (15 more or so for pacer, at least 10 more on the curl ups and push ups Only 2 more for trunk lift and left and right back saver sit and reach. Type in “Yes” for each shoulder stretch. Leave pull ups blank.) f. Now go back to Goal 1 blanks and set short term goals, to be able to be reached in the next month or so for each test. Leave pull ups blank always.) g. Next look at the 2 bigger boxes where you answered questions last time. Ask yourself, did I do what I wrote? Really… did you? Now change the second box to be written as a short term FITT goal. It must be 1 sentence written like we wrote them in the 1A notes. EX. I will jog (type) at a medium fast (intensity) pace for 2 miles or 20 minutes (time) 3 days each week (frequency) . h. Write 1 FITT goal for Cardio (your choice of type), 1 specifically for sit ups and push ups, and 1 for flexibility (your choice of type) i. Save the goals by clicking save at the bottom. Do not print and get signed until all your fitness tests are done and entered in the fall OR print and fill in the scores and goals as you get them on both the paper and on the computer. k. Then hold down the control and P keys at the same time to print. Make sure the default printer HPMLAB2-LJ and print 1 copy. Then retrieve your copy.
