A Counselor or teacher must fill out the reference page Must
have an interest in attending the American Institute of Medical
and Dental Technology, good citizenship and show positive
leadership qualities.

Applicant must be of recent Italian ancestry and a 2006 high
school graduate. Award based on ACT GPA and extracurricular
involvement.

Must attend BYU, demonstrate a desire and interest in
creative
writing and demonstrate financial need
Must read and write an essay on Anthem(10 Grade) and
Fountainhead for (11-12)
This scholarship is available annually to graduating high school
seniors showing talent and potential for continued leadership.
Must be a US citizen.
Nominees will be judged on character, leadership, service,
citizenship and scholastic achievement. Small cash award and
an invitation for student & parents to Awards Banquet. They
usually award a few to each Utah County High School.
Females residing in Utah County who are active or involved in
political pursuit, government, or related fields. Must attend
either
UVSC or BYU.
An AFHS student with a GPA of 3.0 or above who is pursuing a
medical career. An essay, two letters of recommendation, and
an interview are required.
For students interested in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy,
Radiology or Pharmacy. Need an overall 3.0 GPA.
Full year, half-tuition scholarship for a senior minority student
who will be attending UVSC in the following Fall. Must be a US
citizen, a good example, maintain a C average at UVSC, and be
willing to help coordinate a program for the success of all
ethnic students.
Read Ayn Rand The Fountainhead and write an essay. It must
be postmarked no later than April 25, 2009.???
