 Rotoscoping is a technique where you trace over
moving film. Creating the process of giving videos a
distinct art style by redrawing over its frames in
Adobe Flash. Originally, it was done by redrawing
images over the top of frame, a process which could
take many months to complete. it also called frameto-frame drawings.
 It has been used in several movies, videos, and
commercials. Rotoscoping creates a natural
movement to the animation and can create very
realistic effects.
