Click on the Notes tab for captions!
Type in any form
code in the Go To…
box.
Hit Enter.
Person Look Up - Option 1
1. Click drop down
arrow next to ID
field.
2. Select Person
Search.
Person Look Up - Option 1
2. Click Execute Query.
1. Enter any available
information in the appropriate
fields.
Use wildcards if necessary:
“%” – any/group of letters,
numbers, symbols
“_” - replaces one character

3. Click Select.
ID number and Name will
populate in the Key Block.
1. Find person you are looking
for.
2. Click in her or his ID field.

1. Enter any available
information on Name.
Use wildcards if necessary:

2. Hit Tab.
Person Look Up - Option 2
2. Click Results drop
down arrow.
1. Enter any available
information on Person to
appropriate fields
(City/State/SSN/DOB).

1. Find person you are looking
for.
2. Click on her or his name and
ID.
ID number and Name will
populate in the Key Block.

1. Enter any available
information on Name.

Detail icon.
1. Enter any available
information on Person to
appropriate fields
(City/State/SSN/DOB).

ID Search.

2. Click Execute Query.

fields: SSN, Birth Date, Name.

3. Click Select.
ID number and Name will
populate in the Key Block.
1. Find person you are looking
for.
2. Click in her or his ID field.
Person Look Up - Option 5
Type in GUISRCH in
the Go To… box.
Hit Enter.
Person Look Up - Option 5
2. Click Next Block.
1. Enter any available
information in the appropriate
fields: Additional ID, Email,
Phone Number.
Use wildcards if necessary:
“%” – any/group of letters,
numbers, symbols
“_” - replaces one character
Person Look Up - Option 5
2. Exit form.
1. Double click on matching
person’s ID number to highlight
it.
Go to any form. Highlighted ID
number and Name will be
populated in the Key Block.
