Please recreate your snapshot and these errors will go away. If you still see the errors after you recreate the snapshot please don’t change your data so we can review the errors. Data Validity Checks We are conducting various data validity checks and you may hear from one of us in regard to funding, pupil’s of attendance, primary disability, and district of attendance information as well as other validity checks. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND Make sure the LASID and SASID match in the child file and the participation file. When the Pipeline builds a Snapshot it matches up data parts from the different files by matching SASID and LASID on data records. If those two fields are not absolutely identical in all IEP Interchange source files the data will not pull into Snapshot Parentally Placed in Private School =02 Kiddos If you are reporting the records as PPPS = 02 (Parentally Placed in a Private School) you need to zero-fill SASID in both Child and Participation Start Date of Special Education should be zero-filled for students not receiving special education services if they are Parentally Placed in Private School Current Eligibility and Services should also be zero-filled for kiddos who are Parentally Placed in Private School THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND In order for Staff records to make it to SNAPSHOT the Admin Unit Code must be reported in the Assignment File and the Special Education Flag must = 1. There are records in staging where the assignment flag is 1 but the Admin Unit Code is either zero filled or is blank. You need to have an EDID in both the demographic file as well as the assignment file 45 REPORT CLARIFICATIONS Special Education Directors and Child Find Coordinator Report Directors are included only when the job classification is 102 Child Find Coordinators are reported when the job classification is 330 REPORT CLARIFICATIONS Job Class Code Description Duties 102 (Included in the Special Education Director and Child Find Coordinator Report) Assistant/Deputy/Associate Superintendent, Senior Executive, Executive Director/Special Education Director Performs high-level executive management functions for a superintendent in the areas of administration and instruction.
