1.0 Description
The IS-IP200-DN camera is a Quad-streaming, H.264 & MJPEG encoding, 2.0 Megapixel resolution, IPaddressable network camera. It is designed to deliver full-motion, high-definition, progressive scan digital
video across local area networks. The IS-IP200-DN features a design with no moving parts, a 1/2.7"
CMOS sensor, Power over Ethernet, and Audio-In/Audio-Out. The IS-IP200-DN is a high-level, cost
effective megapixel network camera.
2.0 Bid Specification























The camera shall utilize one high-sensitivity 2.0 Megapixel CMOS sensor with a 1/2.7” optical format.
The camera shall support MJPEG or H.264 encoding format.
The camera shall output at a maximum resolution of 1920(H) x 1080(V) pixels per sensor.
The camera’s frame rate shall be 15 frames per second at the maximum resolution of 1920(H) x
1080(V).
This camera shall feature a tampering alarm.
The camera shall feature streaming of the full field of view (FOV) and multiple regions of interest (ROI)
for forensic zooming.
This camera shall provide 3D image noise reduction.
The camera shall be equipped with a 100 Mbps LAN connector.
The camera shall support a minimum IPv4/v6, UDP, ICMP, SMTP, PPPoE, UPnP, IGMP, SNMP, QoS,
TCP/IP, HTTP(S), FTP, RTP/RTSP, and DHCP network protocols.
The camera shall feature automatic exposure, automatic multi-matrix white balance, shutter speed
control, programmable brightness, saturation, gamma and sharpness.
The camera shall incorporate necessary algorithms and circuits to detect motion in low light with
clarity.
The minimum light requirement to produce a color image shall be approximately 0.2 lux at F/1.2 lens.
The minimum light requirement to produce a black and white image shall be approximately 0.02 lux at
F/1.2.
The camera’s primary power source shall be Power over Ethernet (PoE) complying with the IEEE
802.3af standard.
The camera shall have the alternative option to be powered from a 12V DC power source, or 24V AC
power source providing at least 4W.
This camera shall come with optional heater and blower housing.
This camera shall feature an IR cut filter for night viewing.
This camera shall feature an optional durable aluminum housing that minimizes fire hazards.
The camera shall be mounted directly to a wall using a wall mount accessory.
This camera shall support BNC output.
The camera’s operating ambient temperature is -10ºC (14ºF) to 50ºC (122ºF).
The camera shall feature an auto recovery mechanism called Embedded Watchdog that will recover
the camera if it is acting abnormally.
The camera will have a factory burned in MAC (Media Access Control) address ranging from
00:50:C2:A9:80:00 thru A9:8F:FF, 40:D8:55:0E:C0:00 thru 0E:CF:FF, or 0C:EF:AF:40:00:00 thru
4F:FF:FF that is registered and owned by Sentry360 through IEEE Registration Authority.

Camera Networking Requirements
 For ease of operation IS-IP200-DN possesses a built-in web, TFTP, and HTTP servers which can be
used to acquire images from the camera and to make adjustments of camera operation parameters.
 Images from the camera can be received using practically any internet browser by means of sending
human-readable API requests from the browser command line.
 The camera possesses a built-in ActiveX component that provides extended functionality when used
with Microsoft Internet Explorer. This option provides an easy to use graphical user interface.
 The built-in ActiveX component provides the ability to view streaming video from the camera and to
capture separate images as well as video streams using codecs available on the host computer.
 The ActiveX component provides convenient access to the camera settings and operation statistics.
 The camera provides integrated support for IP, TCP, FTP, UDP, ICMP, SMTP, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS,
IPv4/v6, PPPoe, QoS, ONVIF, UPnP, and IGMP protocols.
 Software for viewing and controlling the camera is provided with the camera at no additional charge.
Event (Alarm) Handling Capability
 Alarm events can be triggered by motion detection in certain zones. In the case of the alarm being
triggered, a specified number of images before/after the trigger can be saved along with the time
stamp of when the alarm was triggered
