Monte Jade September Ventures Forum Second Ventures Entrepreneurs’ talent lies in their passion for innovation or a fresh idea that gives the world something it may not have even realized it needed. The venture that an entrepreneur creates becomes the entrepreneur’s purpose, identity, and primary community for relationships. However, what happens after an entrepreneur exits? How does an entrepreneur define the identity or the legacy he or she has created? How does an entrepreneur transition to the next stage? Every entrepreneur’s story is unique. Mark Lee, Larry Augustin and Kai Huang will share their personal experiences in life after exiting and second ventures.
