FBLA GOLD COAST SECTION CONFERENCE 2010 COMPETITIVE EVENTS RESULTS Forty-two (42) Mark Keppel Future Business Leaders braved the wind and rain on Saturday, March 6th to join over 900 other competitors at the largest FBLA Gold Coast Section Conference ever held; and left with thirty-eight (38) top 10 places in competitive events. TwentyFive (25) students advanced to the FBLA State Conference in 30 competitive events (five (5) students placed in two (2) events each.) Mark Keppel FBLA outperformed all but two schools from Santa Maria to Walnut to earn rd the 3 place Sweepstakes Award in the Gold Coast Section. All five (5) Mark Keppel Business Law competitors, all five (5) Personal Finance competitors, all Business Calculations, Economics, Introduction to Business, and Word Processing 1 competitors placed in the top 10 in their events.
