Conclusions
The EU’s Structural Policy is still a “work in progress “
developing form one programming period to an other.
All procedures for managing & implementing SF are long
and cumbersome.
The functioning of SF cannot be measured in new MS
because no effective or efficient management of the Funds is
in place in this countries.
