1+1 Postgraduate Study at Birmingham

It is possible to undertake 1+1 Masters study
between Beijing Jiaotong University (Year 1) and the
University of Birmingham (Year 2)
 Students will receive a Masters degree from both
universities
 Beijing Jiaotong students receive a 20% reduction in
standard tuition fees, plus further bursaries are
available
 This is part of a wider collaboration between our two
universities which covers research and collaborative

You must be registered on a postgraduate degree at BJTU
You must have either:
• IELTS = 6.0, with no less that 5.5 in any band; or
• TOEFL IBT = 82, with no less than 19 in reading, 19 in
listening, 21 in speaking, 19 in writing
• PTE = 51, at all levels
We will automatically make an unconditional offer to you if
