Parts of Speech Review Articles – preceding word that determinse the gender and number of a given noun. • Ex: (le raggazze – the girls)(female, 2+) Nouns – Person, place, or thing. In Italian, a noun is masc. or fem. • Ex: la donna (fem.) • Ex: il ragazzo (masc.) Personal Pronouns – I, you, he, she, we, us, they.
