‘Bag 2 School’
We are having a ‘Bag 2 School’ collection in school to raise money for the school fund. If
anyone has any old clothes, curtains, belts, bags please bring them into school in a black bin
liner on Wednesday 13 June. The collection is based on weight, so the more we collect the
more money we can raise for the school fund. Thank you in anticipation of your support.
An Evening at Ash Hill Academy
On Friday 29 June, we are putting on a concert to showcase our students’ talents, there will
be dancing, singing, a performance from the cast of this year’s show ‘Grease’ and a guest
appearance by the Hatfield Colliery Brass Band. Tickets are available at the cost of £2.50.
This event has been organised to coincide with the visit of students from our Twin Town of
Merksplas in Belgium.
Y11 Uniform Donation
We would be very grateful if our Y11 students would donate to us their blazers and/or ties. If
you are willing to do this, please can you ask your son/daughter to hand them into our
student reception after they have taken their last examination.
