CLINTY REGEN (www.wilsonresources.net)
Clinty Regen provides a cost effective and environmentally-friendly chemi-milling solution that reduces chemical
purchase and waste streams whilst increasing plant output. The Regen process removes aluminium from the etchant
solution at a rate matched to the amount being dissolved within the etchant bath.
The process sits alongside the chemi-milling process and through crystallisation removes the heavy metals and
aluminium thereby regenerating etchant solution. The process matches the production rate by way of continuous or
batch transfer.
Clinty Regen offers a turnkey service which can be tailored to meet the needs of the client.
Clinty Regen can design, manufacture, commission and operate or provide technical support – all depending on the
needs/desires of the client.
The processes are tailored to the size and profile of the client’s business and no two systems will be the same.
