Thera East Outstanding Achievement Awards 2016 Thera East is proud to launch the Thera East Outstanding Achievement Awards and welcomes applications from individuals supported by Thera East, individual staff, staff teams, and projects to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement, best practice and exceptional support. The event provides an opportunity to recognise more widely the types of achievement that we know make such a difference, whether by people themselves or those who are committed to improving the lives of people supported by Thera East and to have their work recognised, celebrated and rewarded. The awards ceremony will showcase the creativity, innovation and dedication that make a real difference to the daily lives of people. We are looking for innovative, imaginative and forward-thinking approaches which go above and beyond the expected standards. We are keen to find examples of best practice which others can be motivated by and aspire to. We know so much of it already happens in Thera East and want at least to be able to recognise some of this each year. People we support and staff can enter as many of the categories as they like by completing the attached nomination form. Individuals can also nominate themselves! Applications will be shortlisted and considered by an impartial panel of 3 external judges (Non-Executive Directors on Thera East Board). Closing date for nominations is Friday 22nd January 2016.
