– “Exchange of knowledge on the use of innovative
ICT tools to facilitate the transformation of
statistics into knowledge” (MoU INTOSAI-OCDE,
2009).
– “Promotion of partnerships (…) with other
organizations and academic/research institutions
(…) consistent with INTOSAI’s independence
requirements” (Task Force’s ToR, 2011).

3. Drafting of a comprehensive survey
• Stemming from the approved themes and variables.
• Measures for its timely completion.
• Basis for the SAIs’ information database.
