INTRODUCTION
Atlanta Demolition is a unique provider of large-scale commercial and municipal demolition, facilities
decommissioning, site development, and environmental site remediation and abatement services. Our
highly skilled staff and specialized equipment deliver safe and cost-effective solutions for all structural
demolition, site development and remediation needs. Our management team’s background has over 40
years’ experience in commercial demolition, construction, site development remediation, and
environmental law.
Atlanta Demolition has become a market leader in safely and successfully demolishing, abating,
recycling and grading a wide range of structures including high-rises, large shopping malls, office and
apartment complexes, multi-building mixed-use complexes, industrial manufacturing facilities, and
subsurface piping and pump complexes. We pride ourselves in meeting all the needs of our clients in a

Structural Demolition and Equipment Dismantling – Atlanta Demolition provides a complete range of
demolition services from small-scale residential and commercial demolition to complex structural
demolition and the dismantling of industrial equipment. We design and perform all our services to meet
the time and cost needs of our clients while complying within all OSHA Health and Safety Regulations.
Similarly, we pride ourselves in taking advantage of all opportunities in material recycling while
maintaining minimal impacts to the job-site, the environment, and ongoing operations surrounding the jobsite area.

Environmental Remediation and Abatement – Atlanta Demolition self performs all aspects of
remediation encountered on large industrial and commercial demolition projects. Our experience
includes, but is not limited to, removal of PCB contaminated soils and structural elements,
characterization, removal and management of chemical and heavy metal contaminated soils, and
abatement of asbestos. The environmental background of our experienced management team affords us
the capability to perform the remediation and abatement aspects of large commercial and municipal
demolition projects. Our goal is to provide the seamless coordination of abatement and demolition
activities for all of our clients.
Site Development and Utilities – As part of our effort to provide our clients with a “hands-free” yet,
turnkey solution to their site transitioning and transformation needs, Atlanta Demolition is a licensed
underground utility contractor and has the ability to use its fleet of company-owned equipment to provide
earth moving, pipe installation and attendant site preparation services for its clients.
Material Recycling – Atlanta Demolition is an industry leader in the
ability to identify and professionally perform recycling of concrete,
aggregates, metals and other reusable building materials for
reintroduction to the project site or for resale. On certain projects with
high amounts of recyclable materials, we have been able to reach
recycling goals as high as 95% of the demolished structure.
Additional Capabilities – As an added service, our clients can receive the benefit of the senior
management’s background and expertise in construction management and environmental law. This
experience has proven invaluable to our clients in circumstances where regulatory and environmental
issues arise that may have not been originally anticipated in the project’s specifications or cost models.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
At Atlanta Demolition, we strongly believe that the safety of our staff, subcontractors, clients and site
surroundings is our most important goal. We promote an accident-free workplace and “safety first”
philosophy through utilizing our On-Site Health and Safety Plan manual and enforcing our comprehensive
health and safety policies and practices. We hold all our staff accountable for this program and require
participation at all levels. Our health and safety program is designed in accordance with the National
Demolition Association and OSHA. Occupational health and safety for all on-site personnel and safety to
the environment are always one of the most important aspects of the success of any project.
