Business Car Manager Awards

Business Car Manager awards Hyundai ‘Best SME Aftersales Programme’ for
third consecutive year

Award recognises the outstanding levels of low-cost, high quality support that
Hyundai’s Fleet Aftersales Charter provides to SME customers
High Wycombe, 26 January 2016 – Hyundai Motor has been recognised as providing
the ‘Best SME Aftersales Programme’ in Business Car Manager’s annual awards.
The Business Motoring magazine identified Hyundai’s Fleet Aftersales Charter as a
key contributing factor in taking the brand’s after sales programme to the top for the
third year in succession.
Ralph Morton, Editorial Director at Business Car Manager, said: “There’s one

Hyundai’s Fleet Aftersales Charter, first introduced in 2014, ensures the highest level
of service for SME customers by focusing on four distinct areas – reducing cost of
ownership, ensuring ease of use, delivering a Hyundai experience and complete
transparency. To achieve these aims, Hyundai implemented a range of initiatives
such as fixed labour rates and discounts on parts, while also ensuring baseline
customer service requirements are met.
The programme has continually evolved to provide fleet customers with a dedicated
‘aftersales solutions’ service across the dealer network, helping customers with every
aspect of running their car as cost-effectively as possible. Highlights of the broader
programme include a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, roadside assistance and
vehicle health checks as standard, helping to keep costs low.
