I stand amazed in the presence
Of Jesus the Nazarene
And wonder how He could love me
A sinner condemned, unclean
Are you still amazed?

That saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind but now I see.

Your love is a mystery, how You gently lift me
When I am surrounded, Your love carries me

So he shared the Good News about
Jesus!
And revival broke out in Samaria!

answer these charges? What do you have to
say for yourself?” But Jesus remained silent.

Joseph, a rich man from Arimathea who had
become a follower of Jesus, went to Pilate and
asked for Jesus’ body. And Pilate issued an
order to release it to him. Joseph took the body
and wrapped it in a long sheet of clean linen
cloth. He placed it in his own new tomb, which
had been carved out of the rock. Then he rolled
a great stone across the entrance and left.—v9

Luke 23:34, 37 Jesus said, “Father, forgive
them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”
And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by
throwing dice… They called out to him, “If you
are the King of the Jews, save yourself!”
Are you amazed?

Who are you?
Do you have power?
Do others follow you?—It’s not enough
Are you a worshiper?
Do you attend church?—It’s not enough
Are you a student of the word?
Do you read the Bible and know what it
says?—It’s not enough
John 5:39-40 “You search the Scriptures
because you think they give you eternal life.
But the Scriptures point to me! Yet you refuse
to come to me to receive this life.”
Still Amazed
Who are you?
Are you teachable?
Ever learning but unable to come to the
knowledge of the truth?—It’s not enough
Are you ready and willing to be amazed?
Jesus loves you!
Enough to die for you!
Still Amazed
Jesus died so that you can live!
Jesus rose from the grave so that you
are not bound in death!
Jesus took and forgave your sin!
Are you amazed?
Still Amazed
Are you amazed enough to love Him
back?
Love is patient and kind. Love is not
jealous or boastful or proud or rude.
It does not demand its own way.
Love never gives up, never loses faith,
is always hopeful, and endures
through every circumstance.
Still Amazed
Are you still amazed?
Philip was!
He was amazed that God allowed him
the privilege to be a part of His work!
Enough to go to the wilderness and
share his love!
Still Amazed
Are you still amazed?
Living Jesus, Living Hope!
Being amazed enough to tell your
story!
