Other Announcements:
 Our June meeting will be a luncheon at the Boathouse. Title is Christmas in June and speaker is Jake Krocheski.

the website if you’d like.
 Our June meeting is also a community service event. We will be sending out a Sign Up Genius for donations that
you can bring to the meeting. Recipient is the Doorways (former Hospital Hospitality House); we are helping
them supply a kitchen pod.
 Your board met with Brian Marron & John Oakey with the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation. They are looking
for attorneys nearing retirement who would be interested in pro bono work. Announcement on the website;
have these attorneys contact John Oakey. (Ann)
 Our August member meeting will be a panel of Corporate Law Department executives; title is “What Corporate
Law Departments Want.” This will be an interactive panel and Ann Caudle will be the moderator. What would
you like to learn from this panel? Send your thoughts to Ann or any questions for the panel to Kym Johnson.


We are starting to plan 2016 already and the board is scheduled to meet August 6 to create next year’s calendar.
We are interested in your ideas for topics and speakers. You can send an e-mail to Nancy Pugh. We will also be
issuing a survey in the near future and your input is welcome and appreciated.
We are also already starting to review our succession plan for the board for next year. (Michael)
