• Form a national forum to define and oversee research in this area.
Consists of academia, MNCs, SMEs, Govt etc
• Area of remit is Business Oriented i.e. trade, customs, legal, social,
privacy etc
• Collaborate with GTRI and Research Centre in Athlone
• This group would be the central point of all major academic research
and commercial output in this area and unify academic efforts as much
as possible.
• Much work to be done on emerging markets and colloborations
(China, India etc)
