below paragraphs is doubled

Footer- text and graphics that print at the bottom of every page
Right –aligned- at the right margin
Click and type- to format and enter text, graphics, and other items
Shortcut- keyboard combinations to format text as you type it
First-line indent- to indent the first line of the paragraph
Ruler- horizontal ruler
Autocorrect options button- word displays a menu that allows you to undo a
correction or change how word handles future automatic corrections for this
type
Note reference mark- a superscript be used for the page
Footnote- note at the bottom of the page
Endnote- note at the end of a document

Parenthetical citations- used in text for MLA to note each source at the
bottom of the page or at the end of the paper.

Paragraph spacing- the amount of space above and below a paragraph.
Double space- the entire research paper has double the space in-between
lines.
Header- the text and graphics that print at the top of the page.

Right aligned- the right margin where your name and page number
should print.

items.Horizontal ruler- a ruler that displays at the top edge of the
document window just below the ribbon.
Vertical ruler- ruler that appears at the left edge of the Word window.
Ruler- horizontal window used to indent just the first line of a
paragraph.
First line indent- another title for the previous definition.
First Line Indent Marker- the top triangle at the 0” mark.
The Left Indent Marker- allows you to change the entire left margin.
Auto Correct Feature- feature that automatically corrects theses kinds of
errors as you type them in the document.
Autocorrect Options Button- a menu that allows you to undo a correction
or change how Word handles future problems.
Note reference mark/footnote/endnote- to signal that an explanatory
note exists either at the top or bottom of the page.
Note text- can be any length or format and are automatically numbered
by Word.
Automatic page breaks/soft page breaks- when it determines the text
has filled one page according to size and margins.
Background repagination- the automatic page break task.
Manual page break/hard page break- is one you force into the document
at specific locations.
Biographical list- words formatted list of sources used to create the
paper that is in alphabetical order and has the proper citations.
Hanging indent- when the first line hangs to the left of the rest of the
paragraph.
Hanging Indent marker- the bottom triangle at the 0” mark on the ruler.
Drag and drop editing- you drag the selected item to the new location
and then drop it.
Cutting- the removal of a selected item and then dropping it onto the
clipboard.
Clipboard- the temporary windows storage area.
Pasting- the process of copying an item from the clipboard to the desired
location.
Paste options Button- a menu appears that allows you to change the
format to the item that was moved.
