A1 – Categories and Details of Movies Streamed:
I gave the title the same
colour as the shade of the
headings as this gives the
document a clear colour
scheme.
I wrapped the text in the
headings so that it could
fit.
I merged and centred the
title to make it clear and
make it stand out.
I changed the
format of these
numbers to
currency.
For the headings I
shaded them to make
them stand out.
I made the
headings bold
so that they
would stand
out and be
clear.
I wrapped the text of some of the
longer movie names, Indiana Jones
and the Last Crusade for example,
so that they could fit.

A3 – PG Movies
To only show PG movies, I clicked on
Certificate Rating and then clicked on sort
and filter. I deselected ‘(Select All)’ and
then selected PG. This means that only PG
movies are shown.

I sorted Quarterly Purchases by
largest to smallest. This shows the
popularity of the different movies.

most popular movies.
A5 - Total Sales For Each Category
To see the total sales for each category I selected the
Category column and sorted it from A-Z. Next I clicked
Subtotal and did the subtotal of the quarterly
purchases for each category.

To find the average purchase for each category,
I clicked Subtotal and then changed the Use
Function from Sum to Average. Then I formatted
the cells so that there were no decimal places.

To determine whether or not the
target revenue has been met.
