from your modem to the WAN

What if the TriNet ONLINE light does not turn on?
The unit has three ways to connect to the Internet:
DHCP
PPPOE
STATIC
DHCP: Internet connection typical to cable
companies, does NOT need a username
and password
PPPOE: Internet connection typically provided by
telephone companies, like ATT, also known as
DSL. This connection requires a username
and password and is needed to set up the
connection.
STATIC: Type of connection where IP address
stays the same. Typically in corporate office
environments.
To change any settings and get the most out
of the TriNet you must log-in to the unit

What if the TriNet ONLINE light does not turn on?
The unit has three ways to connect to the Internet:

PPPOE
STATIC
Most common is DHCP,TriNet’s default setting, and PPPOE
To change the setting you must log to your TriNet (see slide 5)
At the menu select 2.1 scroll down select PPPOE apply reboot menu 5.4
After reboot, select 2.2 from the menu and enter login name and password
and click “Apply”.
