Confidential and proprietary. 15 New Clients: How to qualify a sales lead for Experian Access Starting November 7, all new clients requiring internet access to Experian consumer credit products should be setup on Experian Access. 1 Are you working with a small to medium-sized credit grantor? 4 Do they want to move more quickly than their internal resources allow? If Yes… 2 3 Does your client want to make all credit purchases (CPRs, Collections, etc.) from a single provider? Are they looking to transact over the internet? 1. Engage an Experian Access team member or Sales Support for assistance demoing Access 2. Work with membership to on-board client 3. Have client fill out contracts and Head Designate form 4. Confidential and proprietary. 20 NEW GROUP CREATION At the Dashboard, an Administrator can click the Create Group link and select the Company Name and Group Parent (My Group) where the new group will be created in the “pop up” dialogue box. Populate the new Group Name and click the ‘Create’ button The Assign Product screen presented to allow selection of the products available for the new group. After selecting a Product, Subcscriber ID and/or Product Options can then be added and saved. In the Product Assignment tab, edits can be made. Notes: The User Id must be 6 to 32 characters in length, should not contain any spaces and should be in lowercase. The email address will be used for all security communications. The Start/End Date determines the life time of the account. The "Role" drop down list box should be selected to specify if the user being created requires the ability to create other users (Security Designate) or not (End User) Once you have created the User ID, the next step is to assign the user products and their associated properties. © Experian Information Solutions, Inc. 2011. The system will present you a screen with the available products for the user. Select the needed product and click Next. On the next screen select the Subcode(s) needed The system will move them to the assigned section automatically Select the product options needed and click the save button. Note: Subcode may not be required to access all Experian Products If more products are needed please use the Product Assignment tab, click on the Assign Product button and repeat as needed. © Experian Information Solutions, Inc. 2011. Confidential and proprietary. 25 REPORTING FUNCTIONALITY From the dashboard click on “Create Reports” Sub menu Available reports are: Access Logs: Lists the date and time of the user access along with details on authentication success or failure (and reason) Audit: View changes made to user accounts by administrator, including which administrator and change details Email: Traces all emails sent by the EWACS system and used primarily for support purposes Password Reset: Traces all password resets including date, time, status and originator User Access: Provides ability to generate report based on user’s access to products, product options, by group or status User Inactivity: Search users who have been locked or deleted due to inactivity © Experian Information Solutions, Inc. 2011.
