Guidelines are proposed, the Regional Manager Engineering must approve. Where there are major exceptions to prevailing standards, the Chief Engineer’s approval will be required. For Major Projects or
Partnership Projects, the Regional Director must also approve. b) The following page(s) set out more detailed design criteria for this project.
c) The list of Design Elements will not necessarily be the same for all projects; therefore, items may be deleted or added as appropriate.
