Oussama Mansour As the Chief Executive Officer of Profiles International, M.E. , he is also the founding member and Managing Director for Qaitas International. Oussama has developed successful operations in the Gulf and Middle East that earned him several awards worldwide and three times winner of the Pinnacle Award from the US for exceptional business acumen and corporate governance. He is a Senior Chief Knowledge Officer and Professional Consultant with multinational exposure at corporate and divisional levels in strategic human resources management, executive coaching, leadership development and instructional design methodologies. Oussama has BSc. in Mechanical Engineering, MSc. in International Economics and HR, and currently doing his DBA in Building Strategic Leadership Pipeline with Paris School. Mr. Mansour has extensive experience in design, implementation and management of Transformational Leadership training & development programs with a focus on building strategic national leadership pipeline. He has delivered and managed services to a wide base of organizations throughout the Gulf and Middle East since 1995, with the ability to combine international exposure and experience with indepth understanding of the local and regional culture and traditions. He, served more than 15 years in senior management roles in the training and HR capacity. Whilst living in Budapest he was Vice-Chairman of the Training and Development Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce, and was responsible for the design, management and implementation of all managerial and quality plans at a State level between the Hungarian Government and the American Chamber of Commerce. The committee members were Quality, Human Resource and Marketing Managers of blue chip white collar multinationals such as Delta Airlines, PepsiCola and American Express. In addition Oussama lectured for two years in the field of Strategic and Six Sigma Management at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. Oussama’s coaching process is built around the “how” brain science can help “coachee” become more agile leaders by highlighting some of the concepts of multi-stability,“sense and respond” dimensions of agility, and strategic speed and flexibility. Further through the science of Neuro Accelerator he asks brain-based questions to remove psychological obstacles, decrease procrastination and increase speed to execution during the coaching process.
