Registration Timeline

November 16 & 17 – Visit 9th, 10th and ½ of 11th grade English Classes.
◦ Distribute proposed bell schedule, credit requirements,West-Mec registration information, course
sequence charts.
◦ Initiate 4-year plan.

November 16th – Parent Presentation regarding hybrid schedule.

December 2nd – Advisory lesson to distribute registration materials to all 9th
and 10th grade students.

December 7th- 11th – Meet individually with all 9th and 10th grade students
◦ Complete course selection sheet for 2016-2017 registration.

January- Visit remaining 11th grade English classes
◦ Distribute proposed bell schedule, credit requirements,West-Mec registration information, course
sequence charts.
◦ Initiate 4-year plan.

January - Advisory lesson to distribute registration materials to all 11th grade
students.

January - Meet individually with all 11th grade students
◦ Complete course selection sheet for 2016-2017 registration.
