Liberty Band Boosters General Membership Meeting Tuesday, May 1st 2012 The mission of the Liberty High School Band Program is to provide a quality instrumental music education for all students. Numerous course offerings (Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band I and II, Marching Band, Small Ensembles, Solo Experiences, Pit Orchestra, Pep Band, etc.) give every student a place to be successful when striving to achieve high-level musical expectations. In addition to increased musicianship and performance skills, the band program will serve to develop overall character, self discipline, a sense of belonging, teamwork, time management, dedication, individual and group leadership skills, cooperation and responsibility. Liberty HS Band Mission The purpose of the Liberty Band Boosters is to provide support to the Liberty High School Band and any such related auxiliary. The Liberty Band Boosters (LBB) support shall consist of providing operating funds, volunteer services and organizational coordination as requested by the Band Director.
