Chinatown
By: Bailey and Victoria
Introduction
和咯, my name is Bailey and this is Victoria. We are here to talk to you
a little about our experience in Chinatown, Chicago! Throughout the next
few slides that we are going to show you some interesting things that we
found interesting. Here are some ways that Chinatown is different from
Oconomowoc! The first thing that struck us a different was that most things
there are in chinese. Most people there have imigrated there from china and
have yet to learn English. Another thing that struck is is how different the
stores were. One of the last things that struck us was the culture, everything
there was moving a lot faster. Me and Victoria have been learning chinese
for about 3 years.( Because when we are writing this it is the end of our
seventh grade year. Please enjoy the following slides about what we
learned in our years in chinese and have fun.

Scavenger hunt
BaileyI attended the chinatown field trip, and i had a
great time. we got to see many things that
you couldn't see in Oconomowoc. It was a
great way to experience what it would be like
to live in China. One thing that was different
there than it was here was the markets. they
sold live fish and turtles there, you don't see
that in Oconomowoc! Overall i think that it
was a ton of fun and I would definitely tell
people to go on it if you can!
