To do this the class is to be spilt into 4 groups, each with different aims. Within these groups each of you will have an individual role. It is important that you read the job descriptions and come to a descision as a group, who will be best to complete each role. If one person does not fulfil their role, not only the group but also the class will be effected.

Investigating what customers need and want in a product is called Market Research.

It is your role to interpret the results of the market research into a way that all your class can easily read the results and use the information to help them with their own designs.
