very useful and I would recommend it. It had a wide variety of information. It had a lot of
statistics which is necessary to stress my point. It also contained stories about people who have
texted and driven, had a blog where people can post, and contained a list of people/places with
whom they have worked to stress the importance of their cause.

because it gathered information from research facilities. It combined research from credible
sources to create a great page of helpful statistics. I would recommend this website because it has
a strong basis for the safeguard of others.

some that are very important and popular. This website discussed how some teens react to
texting and driving. Some state that they know it is very dangerous, but they do it anyways. This
website helps me prove my point by allowing me to speak to my peers and give them facts on
statistics taken about people our own age.

Kyle Rowley's life is one of many that have been taken away in a texting while driving accident.
Real life stories like these are very crucial to my essay. Statistics help but real stories like these
pull at peoples heart strings and really allows for them to realize how dangerous this problem is.

I needed to pick a subject that would affect our geographical area, so that people might be more
serious about it. DMV states the local laws and the laws that the state of Virginia has to abide by.
This is cruicial in explaining the seriousness of my problem and explaining how this problem
effects our area locally.

was an interesting website to use considering they represent injured people. I thought it was
crazy to find out 11 teens die a day from a texting while driving accident and it will make it
easier to reach out to the class sense we are teenagers.

article that shared a story of a man killed in an accident regarding cell phones. This article was
useful to stress my point that we need to be aware in our community, especially because it
happened on a road in Virginia.

about the laws in Virginia and how they are hard to enforce. This gives evidence from actual
people who are enforcing the law, stating that it doesn't work as effectively as it should because a
lot of people slip through the loophole.
