Requirements: Senior, Financial Need, GPA of 2.75 or higher. Applications
Available in the Guidance Office and completed applications should be
returned to Guidance as soon as possible. The winner will be announced at
Senior Awards Ceremony.
One $10,000 and two $5,000 scholarships. Seniors who have shown compassion,
courage, and a strong commitment to promoting a peaceful world through a
vegetarian lifestyle are eligible. Must complete application, write essay, and submit
transcripts or report cards from last two years, three or more recommendation
letters, and any documentation related to promotion of vegetarianism. For more

$10,000 scholarship; $1,000 to winner's school. Students ages 14 or older who are
legal residents are eligible. Must create a card and submit entry form and original
work of art, graphics, or photograph. Award based on overall aesthetic appeal,
quality of execution, creativity and originality, successful incorporation of design
elements, appropriateness for use as a greeting card, attractiveness, and

$1000 award based on scholastic achievement, character and leadership, essay
responses, and volunteer/work experience. Must submit official high school
transcript, 2 letters of recommendation, and a college acceptance letter or the

Eligibility: dependent family member of enlisted, active duty, retired, deceased

Pensacola Chapter #298 is pleased to announce a $1000 scholarship for
