ALERT:
College Progression Requirements The academic requirements are: 1. Maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.0 in all courses taken 2. Maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 for all courses taught by the College of Engineering (Major GPA) 3. Successfully complete all courses within three attempts 4. Achieve grades of ‘C’ or better in all non-elective freshman engineering curriculum courses

 Advising Holds are placed on all Electrical and Computer Engineering students  Students will not be able to register until advising hold has been removed by their advisor!

How to get your Advising Hold Removed
1. Review & Acknowledge COE Progression Requirements on Moodle2 2. Complete Academic Integrity Quiz on Moodle2 3. Review upcoming Schedule of Classes 4. Complete an Academic Planning Form 5. Schedule Appointment with your Academic Advisor. 6. Upload Academic Planning Form to Niner Advisor

Get your Academic Planning Form Approved
You must upload your Academic Planning Form to your advisor through Niner Advisor. 1. After filling out your planning form completely, save it as an excel file. 2. Schedule an appointment with your advisor in Niner Advisor. 3. Open the appointment you made and follow instructions on the bottom of the page for uploading a document.

How to Complete the Academic Planning Form
Include:  All the courses you have completed (UNC Charlotte courses and transferred courses)  All the courses you are currently taking  All the courses you plan to take until completion of your degree  Term and Grade must be completed on form  Form must be typed  Save form as an excel file to a USB drive or your personal computing space  This way you can easily update it each semester and submit it to your advisor.
