What about when you turn 30? How do you imagine your life when you are 30 years old?
PART II: NOW, if you won the lottery how would that affect your plans? Does the life you just
described change greatly and if so how? Describe the life you see in store at 25 and 30 if you
were to win the lottery at 18.

1. PLACE ALL YOUR JOURNALS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER (TODAY’S JOURNAL ON THE TOP).
2. IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER (OPPOSITE YOUR HEADING) NUMBER YOUR JOURNALS.
START WITH TODAY’S JOURNAL AS #1 AND NUMBER THEM CONSECUTIVELY.
3. WRITE YOUR COMPLETE HEADING ON YOUR COVER SHEET.
4. PLACE YOUR COVER SHEET ON TOP OF YOUR JOURNALS.

1. ROTATE THE JOURNALS IN YOUR GROUP FOR SCORING.
2. FILL IN THE BLANK NEXT TO “CORRECTED BY” WITH YOUR NAME.
3. ANSWER THE QUESTIONS FOR EACH JOURNAL ENTRY
4. ADD UP THE SCORES FOR EACH ENTRY AND PUT IT ON THE LINE MARKED “TOTAL BASE
SCORE”
5. IF THE TOTAL BASE SCORE IS OVER ______ POINTS, ADD UP HIS/HER ABOVE AND
BEYOND SCORE.
6. ADD THE BASE SCORE AND THE ABOVE AND BEYOND SCORE FOR THE GRADED SCORE.

READ THROUGH THE FEEDBACK ON YOUR ESSAY.
REVIEW THE RUBRIC USED TO SCORE YOUR ESSAY AND THE

PLACE YOUR ESSAY IN THE PORTFOLIO. YOU MAY TAKE THE
RUBRIC AND YOUR SCORES HOME TO SHARE WITH YOUR
